Description

EPDM is a synthetic rubber, based on ethylene-propylene and a third monomer, diene, which enables sulphur crosslinking.

Due to its chemical structure, it features a particular resistance to water and steam, and is suitable for environments with high ozone. For these reasons it is ideal for: 

• Water up to boiling point

• Steam

• Special hydraulic systems such as braking systems

• Ozone

• Weathering

• Alkalis

• Polar solvents at room temperature Temperature ranges between -50°C and 150°C
